Frequently asked questions
-
Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to regulate your nervous system, release emotional blockages, and connect your body and mind. It’s a natural way to reduce stress, improve focus, and boost emotional clarity.
-
You’ll be guided through specific breathing patterns set to music. Some people feel tingling, light-headedness, or emotional release others feel calm, grounded, or deeply relaxed. Every session is unique, but always safe and supportive
-
You don’t need to bring much to a breathwork session — just yourself and an open mind. For comfort, it helps to have a yoga mat or blanket to lie on, a pillow or eye mask to help you relax, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. If it’s a group session, you might also want to bring a journal to reflect on anything that comes up afterward. Everything else , the space, music, and energy , will be taken care of for you.
-
Most people can safely participate, but if you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or are pregnant, it’s best to consult your doctor and let your facilitator know beforehand so the session can be adjusted for you.
