Welcome! I’m Miray a Breathwork Facilitator & Coach
My journey into breath work began during a time when I felt overwhelmed and anxious working in fast-paced corporate environment. I experienced the impact of stress on both my mind and body. I explored many ways to manage it, but it wasn’t until I discovered the power of breath and found a method that truly created balance and clarity for myself.
I trained with Breathless Academy, learning how conscious breathing can calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and restore balance. Breathwork allows the body to shift out of “fight or flight” and into a state of rest, clarity, and ease — helping us feel grounded even in busy lives.
Today, I guide individuals and groups through structured breath work sessions designed to:
Regulate the nervous system
Reduce stress and anxiety
Support better sleep and focus
Boost energy and creativity
Improve overall wellbeing
My approach combines science and somatic awareness, creating a safe and supportive environment where people can slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves.
